You are covered under this policy for breakdown and accidental damage of your satellite equipment during the period of cover. In the first instance we will try to resolve the issues you are having with your equipment through our helpline. If it is not possible to resolve the problems with your equipment over the telephone, we will send an engineer to you to repair your equipment. 8. Where price reduction is 20% or greater, of our list price, we retain our right to deny this offer.

How we help
In the first instance we will try to resolve the issues you are having with your equipment through our helpline.
Our trained technical support team will be able to run basic diagnostics in order to try to have your system up and running straight away.
1) Call the claim line on 03333 449 669 and report the problem between 9am and 7pm on weekdays and from 9am-4pm on Saturday.
2) Our priority helpline will try to resolve the problem wherever possible, we will try to talk you through a solution.
3) Send engineer to repair or replace the item. Our standard claim closure time is 1.5 days, depending on your location.
