What is not covered

​Our policies are designed to provide overall protection for a wide range of incidents. However, as much as we want, we cannot cover all incidents. For example, below, you can find the main exclusions which are not covered.

  • Any appliance over 10 years old
  • Accidental damage
  • Delivery and Installation

What is covered

Regardless of the warranty status of

your equipment, you are able to make a claim

under this policy for losses up to the value of £500 per claim, (including call out fees, repairs, replacements and VAT). You can find the main inclusions which are  covered below.

You are covered under this policy for TV breakdown and electrical damage of your equipment during the period of cover. In the first instance we will try to resolve the issues you are having with your equipment through our helpline. If it is not possible to resolve the problems with your equipment over the telephone, we will send an engineer to you to repair your equipment. In the event that your equipment cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a like-for like replacement.
