Smart Sure Business (almost) as usual
You will be aware, we are all currently in a difficult situation due to the Pandemic.
As a company we are monitoring the developing situation and have enough measures and resources in place to continue to answer your calls and enquiries. In fact, this month the average time taken to answer incoming calls, by our customer service team, is about half that for January or February. Our team is determined to maintain and exceed our award winning levels of customer service.
The majority of our engineers are still working, enabling us to continue servicing claims. However, to ensure the safety of all, and to assist the efforts to reduce the spread of the virus, we are requiring our engineers to confirm they have none of the coronavirus symptoms prior to booking an appointment.
Considering the current situation, we have a back-up plan that is robust and we have divided our resources across multiple locations to ensure our ability to serve our customers.
